Friends

Today I met a friend for coffee. When I arrived another friend was there. We had a lovely hour chatting about different things but as always the conversation changed to spiritual work.

True friends are so precious. It is so easy to say you are a friend but unless you are honest and true to that friendship it is worth nothing.

Be kind and loyal to your friends and they will be with you for your lifetime. I have learned I don't have to see or hear from my friends everyday but know they will be there for me when I need them. The love bond is truly unbreakable.
