My Birthday

It was my birthday at the weekend and as usual my family and friends made it very special. Being a medium it is not easy to be surprised but I was overwhelmed with the lovely gifts and more important the company of my family. It is so easy to go through life taking family for granted then you meet someone who doesn't have a family and you realise just how much your own family means. A member of our family has come back into our lives after a lot of years. We are so blessed to have her.
We don't choose our family but we choose our friends, isn't it wonderful when they turn out to be the same.

Remember your Angels

Life is so busy and it is easy to struggle through it without asking for help from you angels.
They are just a whisper away and always available to help you. All you have to do is ask.
Always remember to thank your angels too. They will rejoice with your gratitude and bring you more of what you need, not always what you want but what is best for you to help you on your life's path.
It works, I promise you. My life has changed so much since asking the angels to help me.

Reap what you sew

I have heard that saying so many times but never really gave it much thought but the more I work with people who have many different experiences in life I realise it is so important to think about what we sew. Every gesture, action and thought we put out into the universe creates an energy. Every kindness we send out comes back to us but so does every negative thought. Shouldn't knowing that make us decide to send out only kindness and goodness because what we wish on others we wish for ourselves.
Please keep that in mind when next you are angry or upset with someone. Sometimes it is hard to send love when you are hurting but if you can't find it in your heart to send love and forgiveness to the person who has upset you, send it to the situation and before you know it, it will have changed and so will your feelings.
Ask your angels to bring you peace. I promise it works.

Friendship

Saturday evening we attended a golden wedding celebration.
I met people I haven't seen for many years but it was amazing how the years faded and the friendship was still very much alive.
It doesn't matter if you don't see your friends every day or week or even month or year because once you have made the link of a loving friendship it is always there. I have learned not to take friendship for granted but to appreciate and nourish it.
My friends are very important to me. I learn from them and hopefully share meaningful experiences with them.
I heard a saying "Hold your friends close and your enemies even closer" I disagree because I believe there is a deceipt suggested in that. I hold my friends close to my heart and pray I don't have any enemies.
If I have done or said anything to make anyone feel they are an enemy of mine then I am sorry and send my angels to heal what ever it is that makes you feel that way.

The Book

I began writing a book over 6 years ago and have written a passage or 2 over the years but today I was inspired to write again. I have just completed another chapter and I feel I will be writing a lot over the next months.
It is amazing how much my life has changed in 6 years. My spiritual work has progressed in a direction I never imagined. My angels are assisting and guiding my every step. I am filled with gratitude and love for them.
